A prime area of the EYFS Curriculum is Personal, Social and Emotional Development (PSED). Within this bracket are three smaller areas: Making Relationships, Self-confidence and Self-awareness and Managing Feelings and Behaviour. The aim focuses on children learning how to work, play, co-operative with others and function in a group beyond the family. At King Edward, we support this through learning and play by building on children's confidence, knowledge and behaviours. We also provide input on PSHE/circle time to broaden children's understanding of feelings.
