What to Do If You Have a Concern
At King Edward Primary School, we want every child and family to feel safe, supported and listened to. If you ever have a concern—big or small—we are here to help.
1. Concerns About Your Child (learning, behaviour, wellbeing or friendships)
Please speak to us as soon as possible. The quickest way to resolve worries is through open communication.
Step 1 – Speak to your child’s class teacher

We will always take your concerns seriously and work with you to find a solution.
2. Concerns About Safeguarding (a child’s safety or welfare)
If you are worried that a child might be at risk of harm, please contact a member of our safeguarding team immediately.

3. Concerns About School Procedures, Policies or Staff
We will always try to resolve concerns informally first.
