Within this topic we will enquire into:

• Growing and planting  
• Lifecycles
• Spring

Our key questions are:

• What bugs can you find outside?
• How do we look after our plants?
• What does a caterpillar turn into?
• What do seeds grow into?  

Root knowledge:

• To know that in our town we see houses, shops and cars
• To know that people use cars, buses, bikes and trains to get to places
• To know that different vehicles are used for different kinds of travel
• To know that when we cross the road, we stop look and listen
