Our topic this half term is 'Ticket to ride'

Our key questions are:

  • What do you see in our town?
  • What should we do when we cross the road?
  • How do people get to places?
  • Why do we use different vehicles?
  • Can you name some vehicles you see in our town?

Root knowledge:

  • To know that in our town we see houses, shops and cars.
  • To know that people use cars, buses, bikes and trains to get to places
  • To know that different vehicles are used for different kinds of travel
  • To know that when we cross the road, we stop look and listen
