Year 1
In Year 1, the children learnt and talked about different ways that they could stay safe when using digital technologies. As classes, they spoke about: keeping personal information private, telling an adult if they felt worried or scared, making child friendly searches and only using trustworthy sources and websites. After this, the children learnt about pictograms and used an app to practise creating them. Finally, each class voted for which internet safety rule they thought was the most important and created a whole-class pictogram to present their choices.
