What we do
We are a small group of parents who make up the Home School Association, and we work hard for the students of King Edward Primary School to provide social events such as fayres, discos and film nights.
Through these events we raise money to buy additional equipment for the students such as sensory equipment, to enable the school experience to be all inclusive; outdoor play equipment, to encourage students to play outdoors, and we have funded a trip for one of our year groups.

How can you help?
We are always on the look-out for more members, especially as many of our members have children who will be leaving shortly.
You can take part as much or as little as you are able to, so even if you work full time, there are always ways you can still help.
Meetings are held at 3:30pm in the new school building each half term but do not worry if you are unable to attend these, we can still send you minutes via email. Your children are welcome to be the classroom during the meeting.
HSA members help to run:
If you would like to join or just wish to come along to our next meeting to see what we do, leave you name with the school office and someone will get back to with the date and location of the next meeting.
Links with local businesses
If you have links to local businesses whom you think would be willing to donate prizes for raffles, please give your name to reception and a member of the HSA will be in touch.
Donations of any size and value are greatly appreciated with proceeds from raffles going to projects at King Edward Primary School.
If you have any suggestions, queries or general comments, feel free to speak to one of our HSA members or leave a message with the school office and someone will get back to you.
