Our Spring Term Topic this year is - Our Wonderful World. In this topic, we will be learning lots about Space, Planet Earth and Natural Disasters.

Our class text for this term will be a fantastic book called 'Floodland' by Marcus Sedgwick. Our English units this term will also link to space and natural disasters and we will be doing lots of descriptive writing around this. As part of our Science, we will be learning about the solar system, the moon and the structure of the Earth. In our Geography, we will be learning about different Natural Disasters. Our Art this term, will be focusing on the artist Peter Thorpe who does modern art work on a space theme.
