Maths

This term, we will be focusing heavily on identifying the areas for development that the children in Y6 need to work on the most, including using written methods for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, converting between metric measures, ratio and fractions, decimals and percentages.

 

Throughout our daily maths activities, we will be continuing to work on developing our reasoning and problem-solving skills and firming up our mental and written calculation strategies in order to ensure that the children are as prepared as possible for Y7.
