Our dedicated and well respected Headteacher is retiring at the end of this academic year. King Edward Primary School is seeking an inspirational, enthusiastic leader with drive, ambition and high standards to build on our successes and achievements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader to continue making a difference to our whole school community. We are excited that we will soon become a member school of Transform Trust which brings with it even greater opportunities for professional development and support.
King Edward is a large Primary School in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire close to all the local attractions and amenities. We have very strong ties with the wider Mansfield community and are fortunate to have a governing body that are incredibly supportive and experienced.
The school has undergone large scale refurbishments and extension of buildings, most recently in 2017, to accommodate increasing pupil numbers. In 2023, the first satellite school was opened at King Edward.
